• Maintain a regular sleep pattern
  • Turn off electronic devices and dim lights, Avoid late night use of technology
  • Take a warm bath
  • Healthy recommended sleep duration
  • Use hot water bottle, if you get cold feet.
  • Relaxation:
    • Write down three things grateful for
    • To- do- list
    • Breathing exercises:
      • 4-7-8 breathing exercises
      • 10 Deep breaths
    • Easy Stretching, Yogasanas
    • Read  a paper book or magazine by a soft light
    • Progressive muscle relaxation
    • Listen to soft music
  • Empty your bladder before you going to bed.
  • Worry is a thief and steals you of your joy, especially financial worries.
  • Write down any worries on  a paper and handle them after you wake up.
  • Wind down with a favourite hobby
  • Listen to books on tape
  • Make simple preparations for the next day
  • Dim the lights in the hours leading up to bed
  • Do a quite non stimulating activity.
