The word “sleep” seems very attractive . Present days , people are engaged in various deeds. they feel sleep as an choice. But we should not choose the sleep as an alternative. It is mandatory for every human being. Lack of sleep leads to many health issues. Most of the individuals are in opinion that only the aged people face the problems. In reality it’s not true. Like, teenagers don’t consider sleep as an important thing. They will be busy in building thier carieer and also with thier profession. Especially, the job holders who are engaged with thier work, they find difficulty in sleep due to which health issues occurs in them.
